For some reason!
I don't know why, I can't seem to hit the sack today! Bleagh, I guess I will sleep later.
Nearly crashed on haemo today, either I have put on more bodyweight or the scales at the unit are out of sync!! I knew it was coming on as I started feeling all hot & sweaty, warning signs for me. Luckily I didn't pass put completly, but I hate it when everything begins to go all fuzzy! Had cramp a couple of times in my foot, post dx. Not sure what that is about! Somethings not balanced.

Josh, my brother, arrived rather unexpectedly this afternoon we knew he was coming for the weekend, but didn't know what time. Typing this downstairs so as not to wake him. Spagg bol for supper was nice!
Thats all fro now, Good morning.

Your calcium must be low. I had muscle cramps all the time on dialysis. Take some Tums (calcium carbonate). Of course, get your doc's approval first...

Angelica, strange you should suggest that, I used Tumm's as a subsitute when I ran out of Calcichew one time, & I now use it as an alternative as I dislike aspertame, the sweetener! (gives me nasty stomach cramps) I think I'm just a little dry, I rarly get cramp at any time, very rarely when I'm lying in bed. I think a need to excersise more probably has something to do with it. I used to make sure I'd walk at some point post dx. Doing AM, 7:30 shifts means all I do when I get back is take a siesta, at the moment. No reason why I can go for a walk round the block tho.
Could be calcium or zinc, methinks!
My body is telling me it wants coleslaw, homemade & spinach. Think I will have to follow up on that one!
Thanks anyway, glad someone commented. It's much appreciated!:)

Anytime, just a suggestion. HOpe you figure it out soon!! Keep me updated.
