Another problem accounts & Export

Also had problems changing accounts, & how on earth do you get entries to export?
Seems so simple in the FAQ's but it didn't work for me.

I won't type what I want to, if you know how to export:) Let me know!! Hugs!
In the latter it's nothing to do with the OS!
